- -Preparation also of mini packs (reduced packaging) from 5 to 8 bouquets for flowers and bouquets, in cardboard or on CC trolleys
LOGISTICS AND SUSTAINABILITY
Flora Toscana has become a logistics center for the handling of cc trollies and pallets through Pool Systems, where circularity is at the center of activities. In fact, we not only help customers reduce their carbon footprint, with zero impact and creating value thanks to a virtuous packaging reuse system.
CC TROLLEY POOL SYSTEM
CC Container is specially designed (but not only) for the transport of flowers and potted plants. Along the entire supply chain, full CC containers can be exchanged for empty containers or vice versa. This reduces the overall number of CC containers needed for the entire supply chain.
Flora Toscana is part of Container Centralen , the international trolly pooling system, with two warehouses:
-in Tuscany at the Flora Toscana warehouse in via Caravaggio Pescia
-in Lazio at the Flora Toscana warehouse in Latina
CC Container è progettato appositamente (ma non solo) per il trasporto di fiori e piante in vaso. Lungo l’intera catena di distribuzione si possono scambiare CC Container pieni con quelli vuoti o viceversa. In tal modo, si riduce il numero complessivo di CC Container necessari per l’intera catena di distribuzione.
PALLET POOL SYSTEM
The use of red and green pallets is the most economical and environmentally friendly solution on the market. The robustness and technical characteristics of these pallets increase load stability, reducing product damage and risks to the health and safety of workers.
